Branding & Marks
Trade names, marks, logos, brand identity, and other source-identifying elements, subject to the rights and registration status that actually apply.
RabbitH takes the protection of original creative work, branding, characters, design, editorial content, data presentation, software, and related intellectual property seriously. We also act against unauthorized copying, impersonation, and commercial misuse.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, sale, impersonation, or commercial use of protected RabbitH material is treated seriously. When infringement is identified, the team will use the rights and remedies available under applicable law, including evidence preservation, notices to hosting providers, platforms, search engines, and social-media services, takedown requests, and action through competent authorities where appropriate. Prior notice to the infringer is not required in every case.

RabbitH operates online and can be accessed from multiple jurisdictions. Intellectual-property protection is therefore not limited to Thailand. We work with an international network of local legal professionals and partners to support jurisdiction-specific advice, coordination with local service providers, trademark and copyright protection, and response to unauthorized use. When a matter requires action outside Thailand, the team can coordinate with professionals or local counsel in the relevant jurisdiction so that review and enforcement follow the law and procedure applicable there.
Rights are enforced through Thai law and the competent channels relevant to the matter.
Matters in Lao PDR are handled according to the applicable Lao intellectual-property law and local procedure.

Where a service provides a copyright-reporting process, a rights holder may use the applicable notice-and-takedown or platform reporting mechanism. DMCA is a U.S. legal framework and does not automatically apply to every service or jurisdiction.
If you find a website, social-media account, app, chat group, publication, or person using RabbitH material without authorization, you can submit evidence for rights-protection review.
